Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible: only what is needed to deliver your purchase, support you and protect our products.

1. Who is responsible

Verdant Studios, an independent FiveM development studio based in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website and our Discord server. For any privacy question or request, contact us at help@verdant-studios.net.

2. What data we process

Basket and login: when you log in, Tebex and Cfx.re connect your basket to your Cfx.re username and account ID. We see your username so we can show who is logged in and handle support.
Order details: Tebex shares order information with us (what you bought, your Cfx.re username, date, amount and country). Payment details such as card numbers go directly to Tebex and are never seen by us.
Browser storage: this site stores a basket ID and whether you have seen the welcome offer in your browser's local storage. These are needed for the shop to work and are not used for tracking.
Server logs: our host keeps technical logs, including your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Support: if you contact us via Discord or email, we process the messages and details you send.
Our Discord server: our bot processes your Discord username and user ID to run tickets, welcome messages and moderation. Ticket conversations are saved as transcripts, moderation actions (such as warnings, timeouts and bans) are recorded, and server activity such as edited or deleted messages and joins and leaves is logged for moderation.

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

3. Why and on what basis

to process and deliver your purchase and provide support (performance of a contract);
to keep the website secure, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service, including detecting leaks and misuse of our products (legitimate interest);
to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We only share data with parties that need it to provide our service:

Tebex Limited: payments, VAT, invoicing and basket handling. See the Tebex privacy policy.
Cfx.re: login and delivery of your product to your account.
Vercel: website hosting.
Google Fonts and Cloudflare: delivery of fonts and images, which means your IP address is sent to them when the page loads.
Discord: our community server and support tickets.
Supabase: secure storage of ticket transcripts, moderation records and bot settings.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If we suspect a breach of our terms (for example leaking), we may share relevant details with Cfx.re, Tebex, platforms hosting the content, other affected creators or the authorities.

We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it. Support conversations and ticket transcripts are kept for as long as needed to help you and at most 2 years after the last contact. Moderation records and Discord logs are kept for at most 2 years, unless they are needed longer to enforce a ban. Records of breaches of our terms are kept for as long as needed to enforce our rights. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to help@verdant-studios.net; we respond within one month. Some data, such as order records, we must keep by law. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Security

We use reputable providers and HTTPS on every page, and we never handle payment details ourselves.

8. Age

Our products are meant for FiveM server owners. You must be old enough to agree to a purchase under the laws of your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed.
